I build better systems for creative, content, and learning teams.
I started my career as a graphic designer and multimedia producer. Over time, I became just as interested in how creative work gets done as I was in making the work itself.
Today, I work across creative operations, content operations, learning, and systems — designing workflows, tools, processes, and resources that help teams do their best work.
I’ve always been someone who makes things — and then notices how the system for making them could work better.
-
I learned how ideas become tangible creative work.
-
I learned how multidisciplinary projects actually get made.
-
I learned to design around how people understand, adopt, and use information.
-
I realized this was the thread connecting everything: understanding what people need and building better ways for work to happen.
-
I lead the workflows, tools, processes, and operational infrastructure behind creative and content production.

What I bring to a team
-
I understand the work, not just the workflow.
Because I’ve actually been a designer, video producer, content creator, and learning designer, I understand what creative teams need from the systems around them.
-
I see friction everywhere.
If work is getting stuck, information is hard to find, a process has too many steps, or nobody knows who owns what, I have a hard time not trying to improve it.
-
I design systems for humans.
My learning-design background means I think about adoption, cognitive load, documentation, communication, and whether people will actually use the process I build.
-
I’m comfortable with messy problems.
Some of my favorite work starts with, “We don’t really have a process for this yet.”
-
Style it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

My work tends to live somewhere around here:
Creative & Content Operations
Workflow design, intake, prioritization, capacity, approvals, production systems, cross-functional collaboration.
Process Improvement
Finding friction, simplifying workflows, clarifying ownership, reducing unnecessary steps, building scalable ways of working.
Systems & Tools
Jira, Confluence, documentation, dashboards, knowledge management, platform implementation and adoption.
Learning & Enablement
Onboarding, documentation, training, learning experiences, change adoption, making complex information easier to use.
Program Management
Turning ambiguous initiatives into a structure people can actually execute.
case studies:
Building a content production operating system
Problem: A multidisciplinary content team needed clearer workflows from intake through production, review, and publishing handoff.
What I did:
Designed workflows, Jira/Confluence systems, documentation, visibility, governance, and collaboration practices.
Skills: Creative Operations · Content Operations · Workflow Design · Jira · Confluence · Change Enablement
Turning siloed project tracking into a shared system
This would be your Jira rollout from Product Education.
Focus on:
stakeholder interviews
understanding how different people worked
designing boards/workflows
documentation
training
adoption/iteration
This could become one of your strongest case studies, particularly for the Atlassian lane.
Scaling an education content program
Your Continuing Education work:
annual course production
workflows
compliance
onboarding
Jira/Confluence
platform/vendor coordination
30-course goal reached early
Designing a better support experience
Your Support Site redesign:
research
cross-functional requirements
user feedback
mockups
early risk identification
finished major design work months ahead of schedule
Earlier creative work
Before I built systems for creative teams, I was one of the people making the work.
And that is where Construction 101, LG, explainer videos, animation, etc. live.
This reframes your old portfolio as an asset instead of outdated baggage.
